How We Got Here..
We have 10+ years of experience in this field.
We started out as a specialist wood-burning stove installation company named StoveSense, offering supply, installation and maintenance throughout South Wales. As demand grew, so did the business — we opened a dedicated showroom, expanded to multiple vans on the road, and built a trusted team of six.
During the time this business was operating, I worked with several glamping sites to provide heating solutions — but one particular day, something clicked. I was installing a stove in a safari tent when I realised that my future wasn’t in dusty living rooms, but out here, under open skies, helping to create unique, experience-driven spaces.
That’s when the business shifted focus — from indoor stove installs to supplying and installing heating solutions for glamping sites, eco-retreats, and outdoor spaces. It’s where passion and expertise meet. The rest, as they say, is history.

Who Are HETAS?
HETAS stands for Heating Equipment Testing and Approvals Scheme. They’re the official UK body recognized by the government for approving biomass and solid fuel heating appliances, fuels, and services – including installers and chimney sweeps.
Why Are They Important?
Being registered means our installations meet strict safety regulations, and we can self-certify our work—saving you the time, cost, and hassle of arranging separate inspections. Being HETAS-registered shows that we’re committed to safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible installations. In short, it’s your assurance of quality, compliance, and peace of mind.

That’s right. I (Cain/Owner) worked at HETAS as a technical advisor where I helped installers to interpret regulations, wrote technical bulletins and did my bit to shape the installer experience.
